Quentin Laulu-Togagae

Ex Super League Player & Samoan International

A 19-year journey through the highs and lows of professional rugby - including two missed NRL opportunities with the Melbourne Storm and South Sydney Rabbitohs - before making his Super League debut at 33, one of the oldest players to do so. Quentin speaks openly about the mental health challenges he's faced, in the hope that honesty about his own struggles helps others be honest about theirs.

Suaia Matagi

Ex-NRL & Super League Player, Mindset Mentor

11 years as a professional rugby league player across the NRL and Super League, representing both the NZ Kiwis and Toa Samoa at the highest level. Suaia's message is simple: no matter how many times you drop the ball in life, it's never too late to pick it up and run it straight again. The toughest moments can become the greatest comebacks.
